1. What types of optical transceivers do you manufacture?
We manufacture SFP, SFP+, SFP28, QSFP+, QSFP28, QSFP-DD, CFP, CFP2, CFP4, and XFP optical transceivers. Products cover 1G to 400G data rates with SR, LR, ER, ZR, CWDM, and DWDM options.
2. What is the difference between SR4 and LR4 transceivers?
SR4 uses 4-lane multi-mode fiber (OM3/OM4) for 100G up to 100m. LR4 uses 4-lane single-mode fiber with CWDM multiplexing for 100G up to 10km. LR4 costs more but supports longer distances.
3. Do your optical modules support third-party equipment?
Yes, our transceivers are MSA-compliant and compatible with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Huawei, and other major brands. We provide compatibility testing reports and coding services for seamless integration.
4. What is the operating temperature range of your optical transceivers?
Standard commercial grade: 0°C to 70°C. Industrial grade: -40°C to 85°C. Extended temperature modules are available for outdoor, 5G base station, and harsh environment applications.
5. How do you ensure optical transceiver quality and reliability?
Every transceiver undergoes: component inspection, burn-in testing (72hr at 70°C), BER testing, optical power verification, digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM/DOM), and full compliance testing per MSA standards.
6. What is the warranty period for your optical communication products?
All optical transceivers come with a 3-year warranty. Passive products (patch cords, adapters) have a 5-year warranty. We offer extended warranty options and lifetime support for volume customers.
7. Can you provide CWDM/DWDM multiplexer solutions?
Yes, we manufacture CWDM MUX/DEMUX (8/16/18 channels), DWDM MUX/DEMUX (40/80/96 channels), and OADM modules. All products are compliant with ITU-T G.694.1 (DWDM) and G.694.2 (CWDM) standards.
8. What optical fiber patch cords do you supply?
We supply LC/SC/FC/ST/MPO patch cords in single-mode (OS1/OS2) and multi-mode (OM1/OM2/OM3/OM4/OM5). Available in simplex/duplex, armored, bend-insensitive, and custom lengths up to 100m.
